A very personal site to fluid due to its proximity to our old offices, fluid was originally appointed by Taylor Woodrow to gain reserved matters consent on this former special needs school site. This site is situated in a SSSI being within Chailey Common Land. Our brief was to produce a scheme that responded to the outline consent utilizing standard house types.
