The design of this courtyard development focused on the refurbishment and conversion of the original school building into six 2 storey cottages. A creative design solution was required to add in a new first floor to this previously single storey school. The new build cottages provided an attractive backdrop to the school building. A real sense of community has developed on this unique site.
